Where does the recipient name and address come from?
The consumer names/addresses are provided by Experian, one of the largest list and data compilers in the U.S. The reason that a consumer is selected for a particular mailing (automatically by the Zubumail analytical engine) is based on proprietary segmentation models— Propensity™, Beehive®, and Target Payer™.
Is Zubumail HIPAA compliant?
Yes—no protected healthcare information is used to select the consumer for the mailing list. Consumers are selected for a particular mailing (automatically by the Zubumail analytical engine) based on proprietary segmentation models—Propensity™, Beehive®, and Target Payer™. Once these profiles were developed, Zubumail is able to apply those profiles to new populations (based on Experian data) for list selection.
Why can’t I have a copy of the mailing list?
Our license agreement with Experian allows only one-time use without an additional fee. If we were to expose the mailing list, the list could technically be re-used which would put us in violation of our agreement.
How will I know when the mail has been delivered?
You will receive an email notification once we receive your order, and also upon delivery of the mailer to the post office. Additionally, we will include one copy of the mailer sent to your location using the information from the billing contact when you place the order.
What is the best way to track results?
We recommend that you set up a unique telephone number for each direct marketing campaign. This will make it easier for you to reconcile the number of active responders to a campaign. You can also track active response to any offers or incentives that you may use by counting how many people asked for the incentive.

How do I know my competition is not using the same mailing pieces?
Zubumail monitors the origin of orders for each design, and has a “first in” policy regarding the use of a creative theme. If a creative theme has been used in a market area, any other practices in that area will not be able to use that creative theme.
What is the quality of the mailers?

Is there a minimum order required?
No, there is no minimum order requirement.
Can I use my own creative designs?
Customized Zubumail applications are available for an additional development fee. However, depending on an annual mail volume commitment, there may be no cost for development. Please contact us for more information.
