Access to Zubumail is free, and you only pay for the mailers you use (from about 90 cents to $1.60 each, including postage). Getting started is easy! Just register for a username and password. Smile Reminder clients receive a special discount which is deducted at check-out.

To increase response rates, advanced variable printing technology customizes and versions each piece with the recipient’s name and age/gender/ethnicity-appropriate images. Some pieces even include dynamically printed maps from the recipient’s address directly to your practice.
Zubumail allows you to build customized communications for additional groups by securely uploading a list of names and addresses through the web interface.

Choose the target and creative from a selection of pre-built target models.
Step 2: Customize It
Customize your communication with your practice information and any special offers or incentives. You can even change any of the copy within the mailer to best fit the needs of your practice.
Step 3: Choose your Recipients
Select your mailing area by ZIP codes or a radius around a ZIP code. Zubumail will tell you how many people in that area are high-value matches for your message and you select how many to send to. You can also upload your own list to mail or suppress existing patients from a mailing.
Step 4: Proof and Confirm Your Order*
Hit the CHECKOUT button when you are satisfied with your order. You can print a receipt once your order is placed.
The entire process takes about 10 minutes, and your communications will be in homes in 3-5 days.

- Pay by credit card per order. Use a credit card for fastest processing and the best rates.
- Set up a pre-paid postage account. Contact us to establish a pre-paid account. Pre-paid postage account users receive preferred rates and enjoy the benefit of faster processing. Each time you log into Zubumail, you can see the amount of credit you have remaining in your account.
- Invoicing. With the invoicing option, you will receive an invoice for your order via email immediately. Your order is produced and delivered to the post office within 3 business days of receiving payment.
